Kensington were pleased to help our super client and his family, design and build their luxury family home in Bangkok. Features include 5 spacious bedrooms with 4 Ensuite bathrooms, 2 communal bathrooms, lap pool, child’s pool, external heated Jacuzzi, office/library, living room, child’s play area, dining area, main kitchen, breakfast bar/Island, Sala, pool shower, master bathroom with 3 shower types in glass enclosure, his and her sinks and toilets, outside rain shower, maid’s room/bathroom, Thai kitchen, storage room, carport, security door, electronic gate, smart home systems, covered terrace and sun decks.
From the start our client requested an open plan, seamless, resort feel, with the internal and external areas of the house to be one and the same. It was required for biofolds doors to open up the living room and master bedroom, directly onto the pool deck of the house. This creates plenty of air flow. Over head fans were placed all over the house, in addition to air conditioning where required.
