Kensington Company Limited was formed as a much needed, quality construction service on June 2004. Having lived in Bangkok, Thailand for some years, the original founders soon realised there was a real need for a reliable and professional house building company. Within a few months a new company was set up and as they say, the rest is history. Our first homes we designed and built was an exclusive house development in a beautiful area of Chiang Mai. All with swimming pools, alarm systems, electronic gates and gardens. Once this project was complete and sold off we were regularly asked by people looking to build their own home in Thailand. From this we grew into the custom house building buisness. Providing a design and build service to clients looking for superior build quality and professional project management.

What an amazing journey it has been, working with customers throughout many locations in Thailand and with customers who lived and worked overseas. Several luxury houses were built with the customers being overseas during the whole build process and we only met them when they came to inspect at the end of construction. Care for our customers property was paramount in our minds and we treated each home as if it was our own. Word continued to spread within the expat and Thai community here and we built trust very quickly. Soon being known as the “go to custom homes builder” for expats and Thai’s alike who wanted a luxury home built to the best possible standards.

From medium size retirement bungalows to large luxury villas with pools, we helped many customers over the years realise their dream of a beautiful house in Thailand. This continues to this day and thanks to our wonderful customers and a good degree of hard work, we gained an excellent reputation.

We in fact do this for many clients and it means the customer can carry on their life abroad as normal and not worry about the construction project. The Team

Kensington is a Thai company with European management. The combination works very well and means clients have both English and Thai speakers; in addition to the combined experience of both. We have extensive knowledge of the construction industry in Thailand, which every client benefits from. We help you every step of the way and give advice at all times. This includes, design, potential costs, material choices and all information you require to move forward successfully.

Our current construction project manager is Graham, who has been in the construction industry for over 25 years, has certificates and trained with some of the best in the industry. Construction is his life and he is well loved for his extensive knowledge of building, the time he gives each customer and his ability to offer solutions to any change or problem. He has helped build multi million dollar homes both in Europe and Phuket, overseen huge high end condominium developments in Pattaya, retirement apartments in the UK, luxury condo renovations in Bangkok, exclusive custom designed villa on a Bangkok golf course and a multitude of other highly acclaimed construction projects.
